If weather permits this will be outside, preferably around an open fire. The meeting will be chaired and a talking stick will be passed around for people to speak. This will
be an open forum and anyone is free to express their views so long as
it remains within the bounds of acceptable behaviour. There should be
at least a couple of hours for this before breaking for dinner and evening
activities.
